This is Spirit, my neutral chaos chao.
How to make:
* Hatch a neutral chao.
* let it reincarnate twice
* in it's third life (as a child) you have to give it ONE of every small animal
* Pet it with both type of characters (dark and hero)
Note: do NOT give it chaos drives as a child. If you do your chao won't evolve into a chaos chao. After it evolved you can give it as many chaos drives as you like.
